Okay hmm...so I just got off the phone with the owner and he apologized prolly 50 times within the 10 minute convo. He told me to come back anytime and that I could come eat his buffet for a full year for free on him. He said he was going to have a talk with his 'manager'.
Hmm....

I know right! Gah, just the thought of that stuff (barf).

I told him I would but doesn't mean I have to lol! He ended up letting the manager stay and gave her a warning he told me, he called me today again to apologize once more and to tell me he let the manager stay and let her off with a warning.
