well ive done 90mph pegged onn the speedo on a dirt road with a 88 cutlass calais 2.5 4banger 5 spd it also ha tires about 2 or 30 sizes bigger then stock so ti was prolly more like 100mph or 105 it suposed to have 185/13's and has 205/14's on it

I just wish I could turn OD off in my car. Shifting my car myself with a rev limiter of 5750, I can hit 50 in 1st gear at 5500 and about 72 at somewhere around 4200 which it just wont pull after that so then shift into D which it will then hit95 no prob till OD kicks in and the motor doesnt have the a$$ to pull OD over 104-105.

140mph in my sebring coup on I-94 in Michigan b.c i was late to dinner (and my girl friend was in the car and she didnt even ***** about it, got to love that )and i was trying to keep up with a truck in another car but when i got up to 140 i decided i should slow a bit down they where going at least 160 (got to love michigan drivers).

113-115 is my personal high. **** grand prix ste wouldnt go any faster. Took over 2 mins to get there too in my 3.1 with 190,000 miles on it

the same friend, saladin mazlan, used to be big into superbikes (his dad owned the biggest superbike store in South east asia) so one day brough his yellow CBR 1000. Took me to a steep downhill at about 100MPH... frigging scary. That's the first and last time on a bike.

my intrepid is governed at 108. how i found that out, well, thats a mystery.

got my friends tbird past 120 the other day, buried the speedometer, we just kept accelerating. so i dont really know how fast i was going.
