My last car was an LT-1 Camaro that ran mid 9's on street legal tires, and it never blurred my vision for what it's worth.

Also have had the pleasure of driving a Ferrari F-360 for a couple of hours, I think my Camaro was quicker but didn't have the 180 mph top end... didn't blur my vision either. 180 mph on the interstate did, however, scare the shit out of me. Was fun. Actually I think it was limited at 179.9, they claim I think 181 limited.
