I'd take Tiki. Teams are going to key in on Portis and make the Skins win the game passing the ball. Whereas when playing the Giants, you've got Eli who's going to be better this year, and teams aren't going to put as many players in the box. Also, where Portis has more Rushing TD's than Tiki, Tiki is more of a threat to catch the ball in the backfield.
First good arguement that makes me sway my opinion so far...My only thing is Tiki is like 32...whereas Portis is 26. TYPICALLY, RB's don't do well after 30...If they do, they only have 1 good year (see Curtis Martin)
