factory cd changer to an aftermarket deck?

I was looking at buying a 97 grandprix GTP. There was a 10 disk cd changer in the trunk and I just got courious would I be able to hook that up to my pioneer deck. If so i am assuming i would have to buy an adapter, how much would that run for??

Yes you can hook it up, However it requires a LOT of re-wiring and a very good knowledge of electronic schematics and you will very likely NOT be able to control the cd changer at all once you did get it wired in. Best bet would be to buy a new one or just ditch the one you have.
