factory cd changer to an aftermarket deck?

Yes you can hook it up, However it requires a LOT of re-wiring and a very good knowledge of electronic schematics and you will very likely NOT be able to control the cd changer at all once you did get it wired in. Best bet would be to buy a new one or just ditch the one you have.
