So i have been waiting on my package from ANT since july 20 something... and finally it gets sent out and is suppose to arrive today... 40^2 ft, I had tomorrow off and everything, so im ready to get it all done....

i had to file a claim with them as well. Well, Cappy called it in. They trashed one of my SE 12s!!! Box was demolished when it arrived, peanuts on the ground and 1 sub WOULDN'T MOVE!!! PLUS they missed their pickup today.

whats their standard operating procedure for something like this, does anybody know?

I also Email Ant to let him know, hopefuly since he has a business it will have more of an influence that just a somebody.

thats pretty gay...but i guess it just depends if your lucky or not and the people that handle your package aren't too rough with it (haha) i've never had any problems with Fedex which my sub and amp were sent through...

I'll tell you what happened. I see it every day. Whoever packed your stuff up only put one thin layer of tape on the box. The box was thrown and the stuff inside landed on the ground. When they tried to put it back in there, they couldn't figure out what was in there in the first place. My guess is your deadener is sitting in UPS overgoods somewhere.

UPS lost my first shipment of edead... WHILE IT WAS ON THE ******* DELIVERY TRUCK.

i believe all packages sent ups are insured up to 100? maybe more. Go to ups and talk to them. I wonder what the ups delivery person was thinking when he delivered the package? They should have some better way of dealing with this sort of issues.

i kknow for a fact that is wasn't b/c of cheap tape, b/c all edges had the brown tape with string inside them, and the strings ran at 90 degrees to the openings, so my guess, somebody knew what was in it and stole it, but i don't want to speculate.

Well the cost was $85 and S&H $28.32 total was $113.32, I hope to get all my money back, or they should replace my order at no cost, thus they pay for purchase again, and free S&H.

I would see if Ant could handle it. IIRC, it's actually the sellers/shippers responsibility to file the claim since it was them who "contracted" UPS to ship the package. Plus, Ant probably runs all of his business through UPS, which is big bucks in UPS's pocket....so Ant should have an easier time dealing with them and with better/quicker results.

Frankly, I'd see if Ant could just ship out your order again ASAP and have UPS reimburse him directly.

That sucks. My sub and amp just arrived today shipped UPS and I had no problems. I bought them off ebay with the shipping insurance. Hopefully yours was insured.

I`m pretty sure Ant will help ya right out.I kinda went through the same thing awhile ago when i ordered a couple gallons on spectrum and damp pro.Well the damp pro arrived and the specturm didnt,tracked and it said there was 2 different delivery times on the same day?But Ant got right on it and everything went kickass after.I think UPS are getting stupider and stupider by the day.Dont ask how many times theyve pissed me off the last couple months.
