Sold F/S F/T Memphis 1.5KD 1500 & Treo SS 15"

Ok first off from local shop bought brand new 15" treo ss and a Memphis 1.5KD, due to some faulty installation or some b.s the amp fried, so they sent back to memphis and should be back in like week or so, so cosmetically its fine and working condition, as well as the sub its used very little like few days, I'm willing to do some trading and negotiating for a H2 15" Dual 2 ohm, since my new setup will be a H2 15" with most likely an orion 2500D, thanls.

I want 300 OBO for the Like new Memphis 1.5kd, 750W @ 4 ohm, 1500W @ 2 ohm

200 shipped for the TREO SS 15" This thing will get **** loud just need a good box size for it, its used 3 days, not even broken in!!! Guaranteed against DOA!!! and the amp well its practically brand new witrh box, warranty card, and all that coming back from memphis!
