Sold f/s: blown eclipse amplifier

its a 4ch eclipse amp that i found layin around here the other day, im not sure wats wrong with it but goes straight into protection when it cuts on.. i tried to look at the board but i just cant get the back cover off, it says eclipse 3241 with channel flex on the front, im sure it can be fixed or used as parts so im only askin 10 + shipping, thanks
