Yeah, these are both typically trunk mounted units, neither is a 1/2 din dash mountable piece.

ok, stupid question.......Im not all that into the eq stuff, so what are they for exactly? To get the unwanted frequencies out of the amps/speakers?

General purpose of an EQ- To flaten out frequency responce to achieve a more accurate musical reproduction. To help 'balance' peaks, and dips inherent in both speaker systems, as well as the nasty peaks and dips caused by the car audio enviroment.

General Purpose of a Line D.- To increase the voltage of the RCA signal to create a stronger signal, so that gains do not need to be set as high, allows a lower gain setting, for less clipping, and overall a bit better sq. There is also a marginal SPL gain when using one typically, keep in mind I did say marginal.

Overdrive is White Concert series, new condition. The EQL is Series II, not concert however externally I can tell nothing different from my concert other than minor cosmetic changes. Still have both units thus far. Havent seriously considered selling seperate but certainly could, make a reasonable offer fella's I dont buy and sell that often to know what these items are worth out here in the 'harsh' forum based sales.
