These are projectors, if your going to use HID bulbs of course you will need a ballast either way if your going to use these projectors or not. These are Audi S4 2004 projectors.

EDIT : Valeos btw.

Just the mouting bracket, housings will only fit the S4's. But they will be an easy retrofit.

Well well well here, that what you have listed is a (1) Single projector from an A4, S4 projectors have a better beam pattern while also being Xenon not Halogen, nice try buddy, maybe next time! Thx for the bump though.
