Bought these from a local, with intentions on using them, but I decided to go a different route.
6-1/2" Type-R 2-way Car Speakers
Power Handling:
Peak: 600 watts per pair / 300 watts each
RMS: 200 watts per pair / 100 watts each
Impedance: 4 ohms
Hybrid layered-pulp woofer with rubber surround
1" Swiveling silk ring-dome tweeter
Sensitivity: 87 dB
Top Mount depth: 2-5/16"
I hooked them up in my buddy's car to test them out, and make sure everything is A-OK, and they actually sound REALLY nice. 1" silk dome tweeter, pretty beefy motor too.
They have 9/10ths as much midbass as my ID OEM's did (I shit you not), and the highs are very smooth, not harsh at all.
I believe they were from Best Buy, as they have the Best Buy label on the ORIGINAL box.
I also have the grills, but they are not pictured.
I'm looking for $75 shipped OBO, CONUS only. I'll eat the PP fees (only payment type I accept).
