Top assembly is new, never mounted or seen power. The motor is used and came from a Pro 5100 but is in good condition. Major difference between this and a stock PRO-5100 is a .5" longer copper coil (vs aluminum), addition of a 3rd spider and a second set of leads and terminals. This has the 2" WW, not the 1.5" WW like kyle mentioned later on.

It uses a copper coil with a 1/2" longer winding then the aluminum coil used on the standard 5100's. It has a third spider (vs two on the 5100) and two sets of leads to reduce current load. Increased power handling (2000rms vs 1000rms). The motor structure is identical to the 5100.

Can be used in an enclosure as small as 2ft^3 when coupled with a passive radiator!
