I know it can handle 2KW's, I wouldn't do it on a daily, continuous basis though.

You can turn the gain down and have a rather nice system. You don't have to feed this thing your maximum output. If you turn the gain down you'll preserve your electrical system, sub woofer, and amplifier for a longer life span. I don't even think you really need even 1000-1500 to get this thing loud. If you are running 2.2KW daily you are going deaf in your early 20's. LoL.
