Sold f/s: 12" Re SX and HiFonics TX1005D

I have one 12" Re SX brand new from the group buy that I bought for my car and a HiFonics TX1005D that I got from ikesound. These are both brand new never used. I'm selling them because I don't have enough money to get them installed. I'm looking to get a new HU, so I'm accepting trades for either an Alpine or Eclipse hu or 200shipped for the SX and 160shipped for the amp or 350shipped for both of them. I'll try and get some pictures up soon. O yeah, I have receipts for both of them and both have the standard warranty for each.

I would but it just too much money(H/O alt, yellowtop, etc). I already have one in the trunk and I think 2 might be overkill anyway, the thing pounds.

No references(this is my first time selling anything), pictures I'm working on getting(gotta find a digital camera), and as for the warranty, there is a one year warranty for the amp through ikesound and on the SX there's a one year warranty but it's only available through the original buyer(me), so I don't know how that would work out. I guess you could send it to me then I could send it in?
