They put a hold on all my funds because I sold all my stuff in such a short time. I cannot provide a tracking number on a $170 sale(my MTN. BIKE) because it was an in person sale, now I am screwed. MY buyer for my ZX650 will have to get his money back because I cannot provide a tracking number because it hasnt shipped yet. I don't have a CC to verify my address so I guess I'm basically screwed by them. Edit: Actually unless you really have a lot of money coming in quick that is weird. The only time they have called me was when I sold about 6 things in one day and had about $1900 in there. Then the next day I spent about 1500 of it...they still didn't freeze my account though, only called and asked questions. Maybe try calling their CS and explain why you have so much going on at once. Maybe you'll get a good rep that will get it fixed.

no call, only $340 in the account and yes debit card, no claim either....they only put a hold on it it once I tried to pay a bill.

HEY i just contacted Paypal and its all good. they are going to lift the temp hold and everything will go according to plan....no need to file a dispuite...I'm so relieved!!! you have no idea!!

dman is correct. you can't pay anything unless you are verified. i went thought this monday with an old account i hadn't used in years. my debit card that was used to verifiy it expired, and since i didn't update it with a new number. as soon as u put your debit card on there and verifiy it with the numbers on your bank statment, you can pay all you want.

paypal buyer protection is BS.. they will not refund you if they find a dispute in ur favor.. (if the seller withdrew all their money).. wich sucks ***.. whats the point of even callin it protection if they tell u "tough luck, we think ur right, but he took ur money and ran..wish we could refund u, but we cant.."
