OK i just installed a yellow top and im STILL having dimming and voltage drop issues. Well i know my first problem was getting my stuff installed at circuit city, i know i know:wallbash:

alt is good........still gotta check the grounds. im gonna wait till morning so i can cool off a little bit. most likely the circuit city idiots just bolted the grounds down and there is mad corrosion. but other than tht idk....?

Get some emery paper and clean up your grounds. Maybe upgrade your ground wire also while your at it.

yea i mean everything was working fine a while ago then my batt quit on me so i figured that was it but that apparently isnt the problem so ill just change all the grounds. Im runnin 4awg so its not that small. im gonna hav to figure out where they put the grounds.

which circuit city did you go to? The one down by where i used to live in greenwood wasnt too bad. IDK about the ones up here on the NW side where i live now though.

most likely a ground...i'm guessing you have a uni body vehicle and they ran the ground to a screw or bolt in the trunk...even some of the newer trucks with frames are isolated from the frame to the body through big rubber like bushings....you probally have extremely high resistance....causing your dimming....a good way to fry an amp also //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
