extra ground and power runs to the back?

okay so i have a saturn ion (yes i know ha) and i have no up front battery because it was stock in the trunk. i have the back upgraded to a group 31 and ill eventually be getting more 31s back there and upgrading my alt. when i did my big three my alt to bat is obviously a very long run(20 feet) and the frame on this car is horrible and not very good for grounding. my question is would i benifit if i say ran a ground or two from the battery in the back all the way to the alt case or similar? and also maybe an extra alt positive to bat positive in the back?

I think it should help out some. You'll see diminishing returns if you keep running them. One of each (power and ground) should be plenty. If you go more fine but I don't think it will help much.

Doing an extra run going to your alt case will help.

If you're trying to squeeze out a few tenths of deeebeez then I would multiple runs.

ha im not trying to squeeze out tenths on the meter here. my frame is horrble and broken hell half of my car is plastic and i want to do the ground run if its gonna help with reducing voltage loss
