Extra Batts, what to do?

I have 6 left over batteries from my last comp car and I have bought all new ones for my new build coming up. They are US Battery 2200 series (6volts) so they need to be wired in pairs. I am not really interested in shipping the suckers but I guess people could have them on pick up if they wanted. I guess my real question is, If I bring them to store like Batteries Plus can I trade them in for new 12volt or anything like that. Does anyone know how stores or companies go about that? Thanks

I doubt batteries plus will give you anything for them but I am sure they would recycle them for you.
