External Ports Question

If I'm using 4" PSP's would I make my original cutout 4"? Or would I make it the size of the end of the taper, with enough room to mount it?

You make the same cutout as if you were mounting it normally, but you just mount the port flare on the inside of the box.

Ah well, i gotta cut em apart anyway for some 4" PVC
