extended cab custom enclosure

I am building a custom enclosure for my Sierra ext. cab and have a question about the port on it. I'm fiberglassing the bottom of the box and it will extend all the way across the bottom of my back seat. The problem is that in the middle the airspace will be pretty narrow (about 1.5" tall and 8" wide) which I'm sure will affect my tuning. Overall the total airspace should be around 2.5^3 ft (without subtracting speaker or port area) and I'll probably be going with one 10.

So the question is how do I factor in this narrow middle section in my tuning? BTW I don't know exactly what speaker i'm going with yet, suggestions appreciated. I'm been looking at the HDS210 but i'm open to anything under 1k rms.

I decided to put a divider in the middle and run one 10 and one 8. the 10 ported and the 8 sealed. The fiberglass came out pretty solid for my first attempt at glassing.. Ill post a pic or two if I can get them uploaded. The only question I have now is what to make the port out of. Is there anything wrong with just running pvc out the back of the box?

I picked up a 1000watt amp and I'm getting two SA-8s, question is about the port size/length and whether or not to open the air space to both of them. Currently one side has about 1.4ft^3 and the other has .8ft^3. So if I open up the divider the overall airspace should be around 2.2ft^3. The recommended airspace is .75ft^3 per sub. I was thinking if they are separated I could tune one a little higher than the other and get a wider range out of them, or would they sound better in a shared airspace? Whichever is better I need advice on the port.

I input these numbers on Port Length Calculator

and came up with a 12" long port if I combine airspaces and use a a 4 inch round port. Does this sound right? I'd put enough of it in the box to reduce the airspace closer to recommended space.

Here is how it sits at the moment

Update, airspace opened and 2 ports installed. Here is how it sits now

After the subs/bracing/port displacement I should be sitting at around 1.9ft^3. Is this good even though the subs recommended volume was .75ft^3 per sub? The two ports are each about 9" long which I believe puts me at 30hz. Is this correct?
