Experience with following car amp repair places????

My jbl bpx2200.1 went kaput due to reasons unknown.

Made a bunch of calls and most places wanted like $75/hour + parts and $40 or so fee just to take a look.

Two places did however say $100 flat labor no matter what plus parts, which will be no more then 30 bucks.

1.) DJ @ Hi Tech Master Co (in North hollywood, CA)

2.) Dave @ Plaza Electronics Repair Inc ( in Largo, FL)

Anybody ever use either?

Experience?

I'm trying to decide which place to go with.
