EX G/F problems Never thought id make this thread

Well I have this Ex G/F we have been broken up for a year. We talk about 1 time every 2 months. She broke up with me and started going out with one of my good good friends. We went out for 2 1/2 years. She said all the bs I love you I wanna marry you blah blah blah. Well she calls me tonight crying telling me how much she misses me and thinks about me everyday. ( I find it wierd cause we literally NEVER talk to each other) She was basically the first girl I fell for cause girls dont like me for some odd reason I think its cause im weird. Well she wants to get back with me basically. Says she will do whatever I want her to do for her to get back with me. The thing is I really do know that she still misses me and all that stuff just cause how she felt about me when we were together. The thing is I have a pretty much new life right now since shes been gone and dont know if I wanna lose this life to get back with her. Part of me says yes then part of me says no.

Cliffs:

After year of not talking well we talk about 1 time every 2 months and its really nothing. She calls me saying how she thinks about me every day and how she wishes I would take her back. (I dont understand how she can still say that stuff when we dont talk)

if your yhinking about getting back together, be honestwith both her and yourself. explain the life you have and enjoy now, and let her know how much of your present life you want to keep and what your willing to bend or give up.

I got back together with my "first love." It was even better than the first time. Then we broke up after 2 years, probably done for good now. At the end of the day, you need to make the choice. Don't listen to the idiots on here, make up your own mind.

just be 100% honest with her, and if she is willing to except your life how it is now and not make any changes then try it out, but it will most likely not be the same.

there is better out there for ya. i suggest just talking to her a little more and see what kind of feelings of yours come back, and then make your decision.

if you think you will be happy, by all means go for it, but dont be suprised if it turns sour again. she may have really strong feelings for you still, but why after you have been broke up so long is she now wanting to get back with you? possibly a rebound guy, or maybe she did realize there isnt anyone better for her. never know until you talk to her more and try and find out why after so long is she coming back now.

Where she ****ed up was getting with a good good friend. That pretty much crossed the line IMO. You dont want sloppy 2nds or 3rds do you?

But in the end try to picture what it would be like with and without and see which best fits you. My significant other just left me after being together since highschool, so roughly 4 years. I love my life now.. I dont have to worry about no one else but myself. And I have an abundance of money to throw around. Also if it ever comes to *** and your thinking with the wrong head, everyone has booty calls... Im sure your friends could share.
