Everything changing from analog to digital?

it will be a good thing. i guess. i really dont care im sure we all seen the comercials on tv about. most people are like what ever. but its up there with color tv as far as changes go . u should be fine i dont know what company u are with but they should offer some kinda of converter or thet will handel it on there end. so dont worry u can still watch ****. j/k

YOU have to provide the converter boxes. the government was giving out 40 dollar coupon cards limited to 2 per household. boxes are 50 bux at walmart before coupon. the analog to digital switch is actually helping out the analog users too because OTA channels that used to be fuzzy are clear as day with the converters

Does this mean comcast will no longer give me 880 normal standard channels and 20 HD channels and they will all be hd?
They should all be "digital"......

But whether they are 480i/p 720i/p 1080i/p and 4/3 or 16/9 will still vary from channel to channel. So their level of "HD-ness" will vary.

This change will only affect people who use over-the-air antennaes. If you have cable or sat they will still send you the same signal.
