Well, I have often thought that the 914 was the ugliest Porsche to ever roll out of a German factory.

While that one has some decent looking bodywork I still think it's ugly as the day is long. Is it fast? I'm sure it is! With a bi-turboed 5.7L Chevy motor pushing around essentially a glorified golf cart I have no doubts that it'll skate out of its own shadow.

I've seen a Geo Storm with a Ford Boss 302 motor shoehorned into it. I saw an old VeeDub Beetle (late 60, early 70s model) at the dragstrip in Hallsville, TX with a 500 c.i.d Cadillac motor stuffed in it. I've seen countless old Toyota and Ford pickups (compact ones - like the Courier and the like) with v8 motors shoved in 'em.

I still think the 914 is ugly as sin - regardless of how fast someone made one go.

i am not a big fan of the 914's either. i like porsche as well too. 356's, 993's,996's,997's, all badass. my dad is really into them as well. we are trying to track down a clean 96-97 993 twin turbo (same one in bad boys 1, the black one). i would take that turbo over any new one.
