Well, I dont know any tweeters off the top of my head that play down to 1kz, some ribbons might, horns maybe. But for a simple answer, no, they dont seem to be able to be in a conventional 2-way component system.

Thats what I assumed he was saying, because he posted it right after someone said they do not know the normal frequency response for mid range.
