Do some research on one of the review sites.... Etronics gets the shittiest reviews imaginable.

If you decide to buy from etronics.com and you are unsure of their service quality then just make sure to read all of their policies,print them off and print off a copy of your order. Also, be sure that you know what you want ahead of time. Chances are their problems are in their customer service department which may be great for purchases but not for returns.

I guess it depends on how lucky you are. According to these reviews on ePinions.com, people rate Etronics anywhere from 1 to 5 stars.

etronics blows. they ran out of infinity speakers and they said they would be getting them in in about 3 days. 6 months later, they are still out of stock. good thing i cancelled my order back after 20 days of nothing! go to http://www.onlinecarstereo.com , they are great!

I love etronics, they have surprised me more than once with their fast and quick shipping, low prices , and their stock, they are simply the best I have seen on the internet, they have great on-line tracking system, they send you an email every step of the way, I bought my Digital camera and accessories there, I bought my car audio there, and soon I will buy my Home Audio equipment, I am still researching on the best of Home Theater equipment, I hope they have the JBL, Denon line, again , in my opinion etronics Rules!!
