Etronics are a bunch of ****in bastards, I sent them money, they sent me no product, they denied they got my money, and they have shitty and mean customer service.......they are worse than nothing. **** ETRONICS

They're awesome. I've ordered a head unit and a few amps. All were shipped very quickly, never even needed to deal with customer service. I suggest you make an order if you're thinking about it. I've had no problems with them at all. been ordering from'em for about 2 years.

very few car audio warranties but they stepped up to bat when i had to return the dvd/vcr i bought for my sister last xmas.

the manufacturer wouldnt honor the $13 warranty i paid to them cause the unit was shipped to me. i called up etronics and they credited my card for the unit and the $13 warranty (as i bought it through them) the same day they received the thing back.

They also sell DJ equipment, and on tranceaddict.com some people have had bad experiances with them. All is well, as long as there aren't any problems, cause from what I've heard, they won't really be much of a help.

I've ordered from there.....I just recommend you dont buy any restricted brand products from there (i.e. Soundstream, Eclipse , Diamond Audio, PPI....)because your warranty is SOL

The prob is Etronics (and just about every internet sales companies) are just warehouses that do "power buys" from other regional distributors or anybody- they dont check their products- You have a chance of about possibly 1/3 of their merchandise

to be defective, refurbished, or bootleg (you'd be surprised how much stuff is out there- we opened up a JL500.1 few months ago that was not a JL board inside the casing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif )

But as far as Circuit City/Best Buy products (RF, Infinity, Polk, Alpine...etc.) maybe even Kicker- They've shipped fast and I've returned stuff no probs
