Had the same thing happen to me except I used USPS so all I had was a piece of paper with his signature on it (no online tracking) so he got the money and the goods.....yeah that was some BSIf you live in a neighborhood that has a high crime rate, try to get Signature Confirmation. It costs a little more, but they have to deliver when someone is available to sign for the package. You can also have them deliver to the local UPS/Fedex center and pick up packages there.
I have had 2 customers on Ebay try to say the packages were stolen, but they even signed for the packages. Naturally Ebay denied their claims, especially since they signed for the package. :facepalm:
