Equalizers

i have a whole new system put in but there is still some fine tuning to do. i would like to get an equalizer but i dont know where to start with this one. any suggestions would help. thanks

I couldnt decide if I should add an eq or not, my CD5000 had one built in but it was a hassle atleast for me to have to tune it for different types of music I listend too. I got the Clarion EQs746 which I bought off someone here for like 40 bucks. You can find them on eBay for fairly cheap and they are great imo, I like it because it has a bass knob and I can control the bass when say Im listening to something old like The Doors, and atleast in my system the bass is lacking on some old songs so I just turn it up, when the next song comes up, say Tupac, I turn it back down cause it doesnt need the extra boost.

what kind of head unit do you have?

do you want it to have front,rear and sub outs?

well i dont have any room in my dash so i honestly havent figured out where im going to put it...i have an apline CDA 9856, yes front rear and sub outputs, and no less than 10 but preferably 15

That HU is crap for features. I have the same one.

As far as EQs go for what you want, the AudioControl EQS or DQS will work fine. 6 channel in 6 channel out. Meant for front, rear and sub use.
