Among the most common EQ's, Alpine is probobly the best with Kenwood and Pioneer not being far behind (my opinion). There are awesome sound prossesor/EQ's that are more advanced than the basic slide bar adjustment EQ's. I can't think of the name brands (eclipse maybe?)but they were in the ball park of $1000.
