Ephedra Use

Just wondering if anyone had tryed taking ephedra and playing sports?

I was thinking about going and buying some and trying it out to see if it had any effects on me.

I was told that I would have to take 5-10 pills because they are only 8mg each.

I would be taking it along with playing hockey.

Thoughts?

Yep.

I used to take Stacker 2 w/ ephedra recreationally.

It was pretty good times.

Until my heart started palpitating regularly.

you can still get ephedra in smaller doses on the web . http://www.fitnessone.com product is called EXN by a company called BMF Hardcore, or by ephedra akaloids from bodybuilding.com and make you own stack using caffiene and aspirin. I used ephedra for years when I was into bodybuilding and dieting very effective and possibly the best fat burner ever. I used to take it and do five mile runs when I was stationed in Bahrain in 120 degree weather.
