Just got it today and trying to figure out how to set the controls on the headunit so i can set my gains on my sub amp and comp amp. When i turn the eq to flat set gains with a dmm and then listen to music its breaking up. when i turn down the 50hz and 125hz the mids dont break up, but then i get no bass from the subs. If i turn the bass up to get bass from the subs the mids break up. Not sure how to make this work right need some help.

Also for mounting it did anyone have a problem with your dash kit and the face when it flips out hitting the dash kit???

How high do you have your volume set when you set your gains?

i am setting it at vol 45 out of 62 roughly 72.5% of the vol so it shouldnt be clipping at all

I have my LPF set to 80 HZ, HPF set to 80 hz.. and of course the sub needs to be ON. I have this model and I have no problems from it. Make sure your rcas are in the right inputs on the amp and in the back of the receiver (particularly using rears or fronts in the sub output)
