h20 and hho are the same thing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Not entirely. h2O and hhO are different molecules. In hhO, the two hydrogen atoms are seperated, while in h2O they are combined.

h2O = hh-O

hhO = h-h-O

At least I'm pretty sure how that works out. Atoms are tricky business, they are.

never been to Los Angeles eh? how bout Chicago, New York, hell, even where I live, Boise, Idaho... the pollution in the air is getting worse every year! We continue to consume oil, in many forms mind you, and it is polluting not only the air but the water and soil. Too many people are still TOO RECKLESS in their use of natural resources...it took millions of years for said petroleum products to actualy become oil. But, You are right about one thing...we are going to convenience ourselves right into extinction the way we are going! We, as americans, have the technology to populate the earth for more than another 100 years, if we get our heads out of our asses and change our way of living.
Los Angeles, lived there most my life, you should see how shitty Phoenix looks now. Both look like it has a blanket of crap covering it. I understand very well how long it took for oil to form & how fast we are consuming it. I am right about that 1 thing, and thats the only one I was trying to make a point on.

( I sound like a tree hugger at this moment //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif )

The earth will change, us surviving that change is another thing. Technology is cool, but we seriously need to move on to better things. Water is a much better source & while not infinite, it will recycle itself so the supply will remain the same. Water cant be destoryed, its form can change but it will sooner or later return to water.

H2O is H-O-H. It is characterized by where the bonds form. In such case, water is an everyday substance and follows the general rules of bonding. Meaning that Hydrogen cant bond to hydrogen and still have room for oxygen. In all honestly though, I've never heard of hho so I wonder if it really means H-OH meaning that it split leaving hydrogen gas and hydroxide.

not a conspiracy theory by far.... what it is is greed by people that are making millions of dollars in an industry that is slowly polluting our Earth to death. This makes too much sense to develop and make affordable to the average public. Just not enough money in it once it is up and running.
I can see it now, people can't afford to water their grass in front of their house because the price of water goes up to $5 / gallon![/QUOTE]

That sounds so bad, but i can see it happening

peoples greed>life
