Its not comedy. They will only let it go so far. Think about it, if water becomes a fuel source, oil will become obsolete costing unimaginable sums of $ to be lost. Im not one to make up BS stories/myths so make of this what you will.

The water powered engine was up & running over 20yrs ago. Have I seen it? no. Did my father see it? yes, no relation to this current torch though. The man had it up & running in a car.

The man was an old customer of his (Nasa engineer ret.) he applied to get the patent but was greeted by some people (Im not even going to guess) and was told to keep this info to himself & take it to his grave with him. He only saw the man once more after that & havnt heard from him since. He was in his late 60s at the time so its possible hes passed away or just moved since then.

the guy that built it took a 100 mile road trip and it used 1/2 ounce of water!!! still though i dont think it is worth 15 mill!!! you wouldnt live long enough to get your money out of it

too bad one of the big car companies doesn't actually develop this. Kinda sad really you have this technology but a few greedy companies + the government don't want to let it go through because they will lose moneys.

not a conspiracy theory by far.... what it is is greed by people that are making millions of dollars in an industry that is slowly polluting our Earth to death. This makes too much sense to develop and make affordable to the average public. Just not enough money in it once it is up and running.
I can see it now, people can't afford to water their grass in front of their house because the price of water goes up to $5 / gallon!

Greed is one thing, as for the $ your talking into the hundreds of billions, as for polluting the earth to death. Well, I just dont see the earth going anywere. It will bounce back just fine, problem is its going to shake us off at this rate. At the increased rate things are going I dont see us lasting any longer then 100yrs from now. If that. Basically our own want of money will be the end of us all. Doesnt seem like a good idea to me, but hell I guess $ is more important then living.
