How does one connect RCA cables to the head unit through that if the wire looks like it will fry everything up or make it not fit?

It won't fry anything, its a ground. RCA's fit just fine, i pushed them on even with that size wire (14ga) and they have yet to fail me (few months working)

Can you wrap the ground wires around the amplifer end of the RCAS instead? Then ground it inside the - terminal of the amp?

nononono. No. You will still get noise. It has to be on the HU because the noise is coming from the HU.

I have the AVH-P6400CD HU. Which unfourtunatley does not have the RCA outputs directly on the H.U..... its off of a little 4 inch piece of wire. How would i do that??
