emg vs seymour duncan

anyone been able to actively compare the duncan vs the tried and true emg's? no pun intended.

can pick up the duncans for a little cheaper but of course its usually better to go wtih the tried and true vs the new kid on the block

guitar goingin will be a bc rich warlock, about a '95 model. also looing for a neck taht has locking nut on it for this guitar if anyone can point mein the right direction.

I have had both Seymor Duncans and the EMG 81/85 setup in my Ibanez, and I liked the EMG's better. Having a BC Rich Warlock, it seems like you play mostly hard rock and metal. For that, the EMG's would be perfect.
