Embedded keys practice

gotta practice for my new job. At the old data entry place I used to work at embedded keys were optional, but at this place its all about speed and since lifting your hand off the numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard reduces your speed they require you learn the embedded keypad. I believe it goes

UIO= 123

JKL= 456

M=789

I am not sure tho, I can't remember i didnt like using embedded keys

my keyboard is
jkl-13

uio-456

789-789

m=0
Thats the way my laptop has the embedded keys, but the woman at ACS said JKL = 456 so I dunno if she was just using that as an example or what I dont remember.

WTF? Maybe it is a milisecond slower, but seriously....
For real its crazy:crazy:

I think maybe she gave you a bad example... Her way would flip the number pad upside down like a telephone.
I can't imagine that if they are so anal about not using the number pad (for efficiency sake) that they'd flip the number pad on everyone. That would make it harder for everyone regardless of their skill set.
Well she just said JKL= 456

M could equal 123

and UOI= 789

b/c 456 on the keypad are your Homekeys and JKL are your homekeys on the keyboard.
