Nice, how is the sq on them?

real good man! cerwin-vega says they are great for small enclosures, which they are dont get me wrong, but around my down fire box was about 3 cubes at 30 hz and it moved some air! Looks like you need a new blade on your saw...

Mad burn marks on the side. So, either new blade or you need to learn to play, kid.

Just don't be afraid and push it through. Those burn marks really don't do anything detrimental. Just an eye soar. I get burn marks once every few dozen cuts. Nothing bad. Just try to make it go fst.

What glue are you using? I did notice any Titebond 2, unless it's another brand or not sown in pictures.

Why would you add screws AFTER the glue is dry? The screws are to hold the pieces tightly together WHILE the glue is drying...

becouse MDF is in layers, and it wont hold all the layers together so preasure from the subs hitting can split off the MDF, Glue only is a very week joint ported or not, its mainly used to help seal.

best way to see what im talking abour it take a 1" strip or MDF and hit the side with a hammer it flacks off in layer 1/16 or 1/32 thick. and yes i know the difference between birch, laminants, nova play and MDF.

i have black carpet... should i just wrap the front top and sides since thats all people will c?
