Whole lot more to it than that. Density is part of the issue, but not all of it. The speed of sound is independant of density and it is what is going to determine your max amplitude frequency and the tuning of the enclosure. You might lose some dBs you might gain a fraction. Almost impossible to say. What can be said is that if you did a lot of tuning at one altitude and temp., any deviation from that pressure altitude and temp will have measurable results.
