I sold a Brand New Guitar Hero II Bundle for XBox360 for $76 plus shipping.

a couple of minutes later I get this:

"I'm really sorry but I bought this item as a gift and just got a phone call that someone already bought it for him. I know that I'm going to get a bad rating for this, but it is not I have ever done before. I'm truly sorry."

I offered a second chance offer to the 2nd bidder, but I doubt they will purchase it. Now I gotta go through all this BS again.

How do I prevent buyers with a feedback of (2) or less from bidding?!

have people with a low feedback email you first and if they don't cancel their bid.

you really cant, all you can do is post "bidders with xx of feedback must contact me first". Thats what I do, if they bid then delete their bid...Sucks though

Yeah, sometimes it happens to me but I guess you just have to deal with it.

i would, thats the only way your gonna get it across. I used to be light on buyers untill I had enough. Ebay has gotten pretty shady as of recent, alot of nonpaying bidders.

Ebay in general is just sketchy. Thats why I try and stay away from it.

if she completed the sale and she was high bidder she is SUPPOSED top complete the transaction. you the seller have all rights

You cannot report an Unpaid Item dispute for this item until after Dec-15-2007.

Just leave her negative feedback cause she didnt follow through with the deal and give a second chance offer to the second highest bidder and hope that he will buy it.

I hate the fact that you have to wait 7 days, if it dont fall through and you do offer a second chance offer chances are after 7 days they wont want it
