I'm just curious what are the effects of doing coke?

I've got a good friend that just started doing it alot, now i'm not sure if its the money power or the effects of coke.

Hes been doing good lately on poker tournys and won probably over 30k the past 2 months but hes also been doign alot of coke and me and my friend have noticed he is a bit more aggressive.

like more angry and stuff.

Anyone have any idea what the effects of coke are to your attitude?

this guy i knew tried coke....

2 wine bottles and 4 six packs later, he was still wide awake. In fact, even after all the booze he stayed awake for 2 days straight.

elephant tranquilizers on the other hand, made him sleep for 3 days straight.

i'm not korean, who the hell are you GTFO.

yeah, i've tried it a few times but after seeing my friends i will not do it again.

I will add it is a hang over drug. I've been drunk as hell did it and felt normal, next morning wake up with no hang over, its also supposed to allow you to drink alot which is why i think some of my friends do it while drinking.

The effects of coke are typically highly aggrandized and exaggerated. Unless you have some epic columbian pure at your disposal (and unless you are a big player in teh game or a millionaire, I doubt you do), your shit will be reasonably good and fairly cut.

Onset: The immediate effects are uneasiness and a general feeling of expectation.

As you come into it: The feeling of comfort is overwhelming, especially if you are drinking. You don't feel stupid like some people do when they smoke pot or drink alone, you feel as if you are a gateway for crisp, lucid thought.

Middle: Consumed with maintaining that "as you come into it" phase. You want more lines most of the time, at least enough to "keep it going". This develops into a sort of fever pitch when you are with a bunch of people that are experiencing the same thing. The drug begins to unite you all in that you are all saying things that are WAY too personal most of the time, but since you are all doing it and have the drug as an experience to relate to, it feels pretty good.

End: Anxious, regretting the fact that there's no more coke, fleeting thoughts about how you could get more if you REALLY wanted to, followed by regret for these thoughts and a general need to calm down and sleep for 15 hours.

That is my summary.

If you had limitless funds, I would bet anything that the general cumulative effect would be the same as not ever getting any sleep and feeling like nobody gets you. Which would make you increasingly cranky and bitter.
