EDU: How to get free 411(basically)

I learned this last night, some of you probably already know this, but I thought I would share anyway.

Before I start, know that this is free, outside of the text message used.

1. create text message, type in the business name and zip code.

2. Send the text message to 46645 (google without the e)

3. Wait, a text will come back to you with the full business name, complete address and phone number.

And there you have it.

i thought it was interesting.

Try it out.

I know this works with ATT, Alltell and t-mobile.

edit: and verizon.

You can type in the city name...like this:

I literally lol'd... I typed in Liqour House 52240 and it came back with "Did you mean LIQUOR HOUSE 52240? exactly what it does on the website when you misspell something. That's pretty useful I'm gonna use that whenever i need an address or phone #.

Most likely people are using this for a business close to them. when I used it last night it wasnt the same zip code, but it was somewhat close. I just used my zipcode. Worked fine.
