edead, fatmat and peel n seal are pretty much the same.

I have edead. Its not peel and seal. Trust me on that one. I can send a sample to anyone who wishes to contest that.

Its cheap, and does a fair job with 2 layers. Meh. I wasn't too impressed with it, but then again i wasn't expecting it to make my car as quiet as a luxury car with only a layer or two.

If you're looking for a cheap solution, eDead is fine. If you wanna do a good job, second skin or raamat is good.

deadend a friends doors this weekend with some second skin damplifier pro and it was a good (sticky as hell) product. Could have been because it was hot out

I've been thinking about gettin some of that to deaden my hatch door, it rattles like crazy. If I did, how many layers should I go with.

Or is there a better mat to use? Don't care about price, just want some good mat that will take care of my rattles. Sorry for the thread jack
