Honestly dont get me wrong I love Fi and would choose there product. But better CS is really a debate. Fi has no phone # listed no live support and does not respond to emails timely. They do on the other hand eventually support their product.

ED on the other has live support via online or phone. And have always been very helpful. But sometimes doesn't back their products as strongly as Fi
