Im not excusing them for doing it, I am merely saying that many many companies do this. Take carbon brakes for example I am not sure who came out with it first (ferrari or porsche) but now everyone's got their own version of it. Inventions cause innovations. Improving on something that has already come out. Im not saying it is impossible to create a new product from scratch, but having a product (W7) to base the new(13av.2), off of helps a company a great deal and gives them something to shoot for. Yes I know there are subs out there that are comparable, but everyone's shitting on a company for past problems. Way I see it if your gonna stay hung up on the past your only gonna live in the past. look to the future. I actually just called these guys today to troubleshoot my problem and they very EXTREMELY helpful which was just not the case in previous years. O well, changing peoples opinion on things is next to impossible but further creating misinformation on companies is wrong.

Do you just totally not understand the legal ramifications of this? Carbon fiber brakes? I assure you if any patent infringements took place in the carbon fiber brake industry, lawsuits would be filed too.
As for the W7 being something to shoot for... stealing technology directly off the sub makes it pretty easy to hit your mark.

What innovation are you referring to? eD's innovative way of trying to steal technology, then turn it around and make it look like they are just an innovative up and coming small manufacturer? Or their innovative way of making JL look like the big bad 'deep pockets' bully, when the truth is eD is just a pimple on JL's *** who tried to steal legally patented technology and got caught?

Every time eD gets caught stealing, lying or cheating... their little cronies come around here and cry about forgetting the past. This 'past' was only a few months ago. And the future? Im sure it holds another 'innovative' product from eD that, in the end, only allows them to step on their own dicks once again. And then you, or someone just like you, will be here to make another round of flimsy excuses, and tell us to forget the past.

No use for name callin right? id like to think we are a little more civil then the people over at isux. It is what it is and opinions are like assholes everyones got one. I tried a couple of their products and saw nothing wrong with them along with all the other shit I tried.
