Impedance options- DVC4 ohm, DVC 2 ohm, SVC 4 ohm, etc.

That would be pretty good if they can offer all the options like that. I couldn't see them stocking a large number of units per config option if they *weren't* custom building the units. It simply wouldn't make economical sense.

Just wondering here, is the 'better gasket' different than either of these photos?
No rubber gasket present...

Or, rubber gasket that doesn't seem to fit right...

Or did you have a better fitting rubber gasket made specifically for this driver (different than the one shone above)?

First one = first prototype of the speaker, no gasket tooled at that time.

Second pic is with the 11Kv.2 gasket on it, still wasn't tooled but needed a pic showing a gasket. They will have a correctly fitting rubber gasket.

As for people that sent back a flat cone, still covered under warranty but out of production, we'd try to get them into something comparable.

Also, the VC options are S2 and S4, no DVC's with the SQ10s.

the sq-10 is only offered in s4 and s2.

while the TB is only s4

Hey, remember that time when I called Ben and asked for a recone on a 12" K and he said parts weren't made for it anymore and it would be impossible to get parts from anyone for it...and I called Dave at RE and he had a stockpile of recone parts specifically for that sub?

I would look at flatcones but I don't think anyone makes them. There must be a reason why.
