Actually, the flaming in this thread has been quite mild. If you are gonna whine about *****ing, at least chose one that has some in it.
And frankly, eD deserves to be bitched about. Otherwise people like you would stay ignorant to their business practices. This site only becomes a *****fest when eD sympathizers come in and try to fill our heads with bullshhit excuses. So, if you start bitching about all the eD bitching, I'll be forced to wonder what your motives really are. And no, once I get my back up, Im not a quiet person. You really dont want me on your case.

If this is the most outspoken forum against Elemental Designs on the net, be proud, it means myself and others are succeeding at informing you. eD sucks, and everyone should know it. And so long as Im around, they will know it. (Ive been here longer than eD has existed, Im not going anywhere).

All I am saying is this; does every single mention of ED anything have to be replied to by at least one or more derogatory statements about ED? I think people know by now about ED's business practices (or at least everyone in this site should know). It's plastered everywhere in here. Some people don't care and all they're looking for is info about how to best use a product they have that just happens to be an ED product. If I ask what's the best enclosure to use for an ED sub, I don't want to have to sift through 15 replies of ED flamming to get to an answer. That's my motive. If you've got a problem with that, too bad.

And frankly, with eD's business practices, yes its quite understandable to have it mentioned alot. Several of the last eD threads Ive participated in had at least one board regular that refuted facts, until proof was shown. Not to mention, this site gets noobies every day. So I guess my answer to you is, if YOU have a problem with the motives of the people bitching, too bad.

How can we come up with a decent answer to solve his dilema, what is better than to say hey you bought a product from a poopy company that you know has some history in the past and all i can say is "what did you expect?"

I didn't have to track this down at all, there's a little feature this board has called "Recent Threads" that remarkably takes care of that for me...

The "track down" thing was not directed at you in particular, but to posters in general. Being hypocritical isn't always a bad thing and is sometimes necessary.
