can anyone tell me about what ben means when he says to "double up the wire" to connect it to the terminal, because this really sucks.

Go to Lowes and look in the misc. junk drawers in the nut & bolt section. You should be able to find some hex head set screws that will fit.

take a flat head screw driver, put it under the screw head. pry up and use a power drill to un-screw it. i hope that helps ya out some

ill TRY it.....dunno if it will work though.....will try in the morning. my only problem being....i dont have a reversible dril.

screw driver will work just take a little bit long. actually may work better in the end

yeah wedge the screw driver under get some leverage and unscrew it should work if its stripped

the allen key just goes in circles though, it doesnt catch ANYTHING

A slightly oversized Torx bit hammered gently into place will work, thats what I did when it happened to me.
