eclipse XA-4000 or JL 300/4?

I just bought a JL 500/1 to power my subs and I am anal and need to have matching amps. Will the JL out perform my Eclipse XA-4000? I am powering CDT gold series HD-6 front component set and Memphis M-class 6.5" rear component sets?

Im not shure in your vehicle. I have a 500/1 to 2 jl10w1, and a jl 300/4 bridged to 2 mbq comps up front and an alpine 100x2 to a rear set of mbq. I usually fade the speakers to the front only, unless someones out back. So i guess im saying bridge the amp to your front comps. I wanted matching amps also. Im pretty shure your comps would like 150x2 up front. With that much power you wont need rears.

You need matching amps but you run rear speakers?? Your priorities a fuxored.
