Top Assembly for the Eclipse SW9122 3hp woofer. Motor was sold, top assem is now up for grabs

Item(s) Description/Condition:
Everything is great condition except the surround and cone...There were tears in 2 spots near where the surround meets the cone. The cone has a dent and a smal discolored smudge of some kind. few minor scratches here or there, pics make them worse than they are.
Now the surround....
The first tear was about 3 inch long, but only got deep for about 1 inch, the rest was mostly just a small crack of the surface. The second tear was also about 3in long, with 1 inch or little less that goes all the way through the foam. The rest of the second tear on the surface was minimal, you can see in the pic the crack at the surface is barely visible.
Knowing the capability of this woofer I put a generious amount of silicone to the mentioned spots. For the tear that went all the way though I made sure to get the silicone into the tear and around on both sides. The deep tear that didnt go through still got silicone on both side to help reinforce it on both side. All the small areas with minimal cracking got a coat over it too. I did the best I could to make this so it would survive tough daily abuse.
If someone wanted to I'm sure they could find a spare surround that will fit this, clean off the joints and do a surround swap. I know there a JL dealer out here in orlando that does surround replacements for older JL subs. I'm sure where ever you live there might be a similar place that would do the replacement if you supplied the parts. But if cosmetics arent a big issue for you then this siliconed top should hopefully last.
